Hampshire CAMHS have recently designed some ‘Recipes 4 Wellbeing’ cards that might help parents and carers support a young person experiencing difficulties with their mental wellbeing. These easy-to-read guides provide help and advice, what to look out for and when you should be concerned.

Spotlight are a charity, who provide free/low-cost activities for children and young people across Hampshire, which help them to increase confidence and self-esteem. As well as, fun activities, they offer emotional and practical support for children for mental health. They provide inclusive activities, including after-school clubs, holiday clubs, performing arts activities, arts and crafts, sports, outdoor activities and trips. They also have a food bank, clothing bank, care packages, child and youth support and offer family support services.

Every Mind Matters includes an online tool and email journey to support everyone to feel more confident in taking action to look after their mental health and wellbeing.

We help children and young people (up to age 25), parents, and families, to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies. We also provide training to professionals, equipping them to provide the best possible care to bereaved families.
